There are 3 methods available at our affiliated clinic: The first method is Ligation Method, where skin would be anchored or tied in minimal size at the lower eyelid. The second method is Conjunctival Incision Method, where a small cut will be made on the inside of the lower eyelids.The doctor will place stitches to gently pull the eyelid downward and adjust its shape. This method leaves no visible scars. The third method is Skin Incision Method, where the doctor will make an incision on the skin of the lower eyelid and thread through the subcutaneous tissue to pull down the lower eyelid line at the outer corner of the eye, creating the droopy eye effect.

1. Consultation and examination of eye condition with the doctor will be conducted.
2. Local anesthesia will be applied to the eye area.
3. The surgery will be performed depending on the methods agreed upon.
4. Follow up sessions will be advised by the doctor.
5. Removal of the sutures will be done for the incision method once recovered.
