1. First Evaluation and X-Ray
· Take X-Ray and Oral examination to determine imolany site and bone condition

2. Implant site preparation
· In the case of where there is still a tooth, remove it. Immediate implants can be done only after examining bone condition and no infection. If immediate implant is not suited, the treatment will be pushed forward until the area is healed for about few weeks to 2 months.
· In the case of insufficient bone structure, it is recommended to graft the bone. If the bone grafting is done moderately, the treatment will be pushed forward until the area is healed for about few weeks to 2 months.

3. Implant placement
· Embed the implant and suture the tissue

4. Healing Process (Osseointegration):
· Integrate the implant to heal with jaw bone. If immediate loaded implant is necessary, step 5 is done. Otherwise, the implant is left to hel for about 2 to 6 months before step 5 is done.
· Removal of suture seven to fourteen days after surgery

5. Abutment attachment

· Only consume liquid foods 24 hours after surgery and semi-liquid food during the entire week
· Avoid consuming very hot or cold food or drinks
· Post operative swelling is normal. However, if you experience excessive swelling, severe pain or persistent bleeding, please contact the emergency.
