What is Dental Veneer?
Dental veneers are a common option for people who want to improve their smile. Veneers are thin shells that are placed over the front of the existing teeth to improve appearance. Super Thin Veneer
This contact-lens thin veneers are placed over teeth surfaces for color shades change and slight shape adjustments. In some cases, this type does not require tooth preparation.
Dental Veneer Procedure
1. First Evaluation and bonding tooth preparation
· The most matched composite resin color to the teeth will be selected
· Tooth surface will be roughened and condition liquid will be applied to help with adhesion
2. Application of bonding resin
· The composite resin will be applied and molded
· Light will be used to harden the material
· The resin will be trimmed, shaped and polished to match the tooth surface
Composite vs Porcelain Veneer
While both improve the aesthetics of your teeth, porcelain veneers are better than composite veneers in many ways.
